If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your purchased Men’s Panjabi, you may request a return or exchange within 7–10 working days from the date of receiving the product.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

What qualifies as a return?

A product will qualify if it meets any of the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered

• Wrong size or color delivered

• Damaged product

• Product lost during shipment

• Major quality defects

How do I return an item?

1. Contact our customer support team within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Provide your order details and a clear photo/video if the item is damaged or incorrect.

3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it through a courier service as instructed.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange or replacement accordingly.
